Appointment Booking
All booking must be made maximum 4hours before the time
Reschedule or Cancellation
Any rescheduling must be done 48
hours before your appointment. Only ONE reschedule is allowed per
deposit.
• Cancellations will result in a loss of
deposit.
Payment and Refunds
• A Non-refundable deposit is required when booking. Deposit amount varies depending on service
booked.
• Your deposit will be deducted from
the total service price. • Your remaining balance MUST be paid in CASH. Any Email Transfer, Credit Card, or Debit Card payments
will include HST.
Late Arrival or No-Show
• The address will be provided in a reminder prior to your
appointment
• There is a late fee of $20 after 15
minutes.
• If you are more than 30 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled
and you will need to re-book.
